Programs

Choices in Recovery's Residential Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Program provides comprehensive, evidenced-based programming and services to adults 18 and older under the supervision of certified trained professionals who have been educated on all levels of care.

Adult Detox provides residential withdrawal management program for adults which includes: 

• Screening and assessment, including diagnosis, ASAM level of care assessment, mental health screenings, as well as resources and referrals
• A non-medical, clinically managed residential setting to initially withdraw and stabilize from alcohol and/or substance use. 
• An introduction to substance abuse and recovery, including the 12-Step program of recovery, as well as other recovery models.   
• Workshops on a variety of topics including life skills, health, and recovery. . 
• Referrals to treatment services or other levels of care as appropriate. 
• 24-hour staff monitoring of residents. 
• Medication Management 
• Referrals to a higher level of care when deemed appropriate. 

Choices is an adult multi-dimensional program that provides the following: 

• Drug and alcohol treatment and education including assessment and referral, treatment groups, one-on-one SUD counseling, drug testing, and recovery services; counseling for clients and families, expressive arts therapy. 
• Workshops on a variety of topics including life skills, health, recovery issues, employment preparation, HIV/AIDS, nutrition, and others. 
• Assessments, resources, and referrals as needed, including for individuals with cooccurring mental health and substance abuse issues. 
• Criminal justice services including Parole and Probation mandates. 
• Random drug testing. 
• Workshops and engagement groups. 
• Case management services. 
• Assessments and evaluations. 
• Care coordination. 
• Housing, resources assistance and referrals, including linkages to supportive housing options. 
• Access to a variety of community services. 

Our six month outpatient program allows individuals to continue working and stay home close to their family and friends. Treatment includes: 

• 12 step program 
• Drug/Alcohol Testing 
• Group Therapy sessions 
• Individual Therapy sessions 
• Life Coaching 
• Referral Resources
